Gravity Forms

Gravity Forms is a premium WordPress plugin that lets you create forms for your website. Using this plugin, you can create surveys, contact forms, and quizzes, and place them on your website to gather user data. It allows you to apply conditional formatting in your forms that shows or hides questions based on the options they choose for the previous questions. You can also route a copy of the form submissions to the email specified while submitting the form.
